Lecture discussions covering healthy eating and physical activity, medical nutrition therapy for diabetes and obesity and management of childhood nutritional problems were done by Dr Channa Illangasinghe the Medical Officer –Clinical Nutrition at DGH Matale during the in-service programme of MOH Ukuwela, Matale on 7th January 2022. Similar programs were done at Matale MC, Rattota, Ambanganga korale and Ukuwela MOH areas
